FAQ
Pricing FAQ
What's the difference between Starter, Plus, and Ultra?
Free curated reviews are open to everyone on every plan. Starter ($19/mo) adds 25 credits a month to unlock private reviews (1–3 credits each) — full report runs you launch yourself stay pay-per-run. Plus ($100/mo, $75/mo billed annually) includes 150 credits a month — enough for 2 full diligence report runs. Ultra ($200/mo, $150/mo billed annually) includes 375 credits — up to 5 report runs a month at the lowest per-report price.
How much is a single report?
One report run uses 75 credits, and credits cost $1 each — so a one-off report is $75. Plus and Ultra bring the effective per-report price well below that.
What does a report run actually cover?
Each report run evaluates a startup the way a venture fund's investment committee would, across:
Market — size, timing, and where you fit.
Traction — what your numbers signal to an investor.
Competitors — the landscape and your wedge.
Founder-market fit — why you're the team to win.
Risks — what a committee will push back on.
Investor Q&A — the questions you'll get asked before a check.
Diligence reports our investment committee runs on startups we screen ourselves. Some are free to read in full; the rest are private — you open those with credits (1–3 credits each, depending on depth). A subscription gives you monthly credits to unlock them.
No. CyberFruit gives you an investor-style evaluation of a startup — your own before a raise, or one you're screening. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to invest, or a guarantee of funding.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is cancel-anytime — monthly plans stop at the end of the billing month, annual plans at the end of the paid year. Plan credits reset each month, and extra credits stay active for 12 months.
